This is a simple explanation of the system.
here you can see that the 32khz are at 90 degrees and the 16khs are at 180 degrees. this is observing the two frequency at the same time with the oscilloscope.

   Guys:   This below, is what I obtained last night, with scope probes on the C1 and C2.
   I was trying to tune like Ruslan suggested, but I don't get any response at 15KHz or 16KHz, nor at 30KHz to 32KHz, either.
   My best frequency with no load on, is 22.6KHz on both induction circuits.
   If I place a 105 cap on top of the other two caps that are on the C2,   
I get 700v output, but my fets fry with that 105 cap on.   
   At 22KHz, the fets stay cool with just one 0.1uf wima, and a 0.22uf in parallel.    Adding the 105 cap provides more output, but causing excess heating of the fets at best resonance. 
   First image below is with no Kacher on. Second image is with the Kacher on.
   There is NO scope negative probe connected on the second image, as it messes up the way the device works, by shorting the HV, to ground.  PHASE CHANGE? You tell me...

   T: I don't know as I haven't tried that yet.
   I been trying to stay with one tuning method at a time. And also see what soliman and others are showing. Otherwise it can get pretty confusing.   I been looking for this phase change between the two induction circuits. I don't know if that is important or not, so I'm looking into it a bit.
   I was surprised last night when my voltages got up to 700v on the grenade output, without the full bridge rectifier connected, and no load. I still don't know as to whether I should be tuning for max voltage, or max current. There seams to be more than one school of thought on that.
   I'll make a current transformer soon, and continue on with the ground line test.
