Hoppy said that he was using a PS, but, I see him disconnect it. Another fake, or what? As you know, I don't understand Russian.

Would be much more constructive if you fire up Tesla coil and measure ground wire current while changing Tesla coil frequency.

I have done that, at least with the voltage levels. I don't find anything of interest, there. Try it yourself, you'll see that having the scope connected to measure the voltage while the HV is ON, will negatively affect the readings. As the scope's ground probe kills the HV onto the grid's ground.
   Isn't the highest voltage reading similar as to the highest current readings? Both are at their highest levels. When the voltage is at it's highest tuning level, won't the current be at it's highest, also? 
   Both of my induction circuits as well as the ground line readings are all running at the SAME frequency. 22.6KHz.
   So, what should my Kacher circuit be running at, to match up, in theory using math? I can check to see if anybody is home, there.
   I only get a response from the Kacher when running at somewhere between 900 to 1.2MHz. That is it's best range, with best results depending on the load, of about 1MHz. The frequencies which are higher or lower, don't do anything, at all to the load of bulbs. Which is what I really look to, to tell me about the levels at the output, the load output readings.
   Although, on this test, I'm using no bulbs, or load. One scope probe is connected to the C2, and the other set of probes are on the current transformer (CT) which is connected to the earth ground line. I could make a video of it, but, there is not much to show. At best I get 50v output at the CT. Changing the frequency of the Kacher secondary coil, away from the  900 to 1.2MHz levels, does nothing, to increase the output at the bulbs. And I see no phase shift at the best running frequencies.

Nick are you getting the first 90 deg phase shift Soliman talks about ?no well what do you need to get or do to get that ?

   I see NO benefit in a phase change. Nor chasing that wild turkey...
Since where I get phase changes, there is very low output at the bulbs.   If soliman can show how well that phase shift works for him, (like at the output), and what it can really do, I'll give it some more thought. Remember those are old thoughts, and ideas. There may not be any phase shift in more recent devices.
