The reason why kapanadze replication fail is because most rely on some weak
earth wiring. Where kapadnaze live they use  old galvanize water piping.
Just to add what i have observed, he used a very heavy gauge welding size wire
as his earth wiring and one side was an old copper car radiator and the other
was the iron galvanize water pipe. same as tesla in his last new york tower the ground
system that was very intense. The electrical charge is within the earth and asymmetrical
with the ionosphere.
