" Some time ago I wanted to sell my Tu-Tu generator, but apparently no one wants to buy it, so I will give it to you as a gift. I am attaching a file with the scheme. Nobody has built a working Kapanadze replication, not even the Russians. Are you assuming to know what he has inside of the tin can??? I can tell you, but, it won't help. So, keep guessing... as there is no schematic, or full instructions to his devices.
   The reason that this thread was started was to work and discuss the Dally, Akula, Ruslan type of devices. Which do have diagrams, and all, even though there may be something not shown, hidden, or missing.
