In the video there was a clip of a large lab with a large machine that looked like they were harvesting energy from the ether.  I might be wrong, but does anyone know what lab this is?  Is there other information on this machine?  schematics, drawing, test results, ext.  I would like to know more about their work.

He sets in motion currents inside a tank circuit by using two different methods combined. They are slightly out of tune and that is the reason of the beat. If he manage to tune them correctly, the beat will disappear and the wave will stabilize to its maximum value.
