I thought that Ruslan might have inspired something from your photos.
When Ruslan said something negative while referring to the circuit diagram uploaded by the T-1000 in the previous video, I felt a lot like he was hiding something.

And I had a few conversations with Ruslan a few hours ago.
I asked Ruslan a few guiding questions with the contents mentioned in the cafe, but I felt a lot of feelings that I wasn't ready yet.
Ruslan looked very embarrassed.
If he is not ready, it would be contrary to disclose his secret skills his as a third party.
I expected it, but I think I will have to wait a little longer.

   Good luck getting any truths from Ruslan. Remember he does not make any of the circuits that he uses. And he said that he would not tell all.  He is just trying to get some people to trust him. So that he can sell the device.
Nor did he copy Akula's first or second device, but they made their own circuits, instead. And then added that to the grenade set up.The simple image above looks to be showing a spark gap circuit. Which he never built, or at least never showed it self running.

where did you hear all that from as a mater of interest ?

Any way what do you mean he has never shown any working devices, witch emerald rain forest have you been living in

  It is interesting to note, that now Ruslan says that there is NO relation to 1/4 wave nor any of that, that AG is so found of repeating is essential to a working device. It's not, and never was, as I have said repeatedly.
  Self runners have been shown working at several different frequencies, the working primary and secondary coils are not in the relation like 1/4 or 1/3 wave, etz... and it can work at any frequency.  So, believe what you will.
In any case, it all needs to be proven by replication and testing, and that includes NMR. Until then it's all just more talk and theories.

It sounds like your not translating the video's properly or at all because your still in confusion your going on like the Johnny cash song and the car built out of spare parts
