Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I have something I would like to ask my members.
Can the circuit diagram below be patented?
It is a combination of a typical amplification-transformer and a Tesla-kacher.

If Kappanadze said that the circuit diagram below would be patented as it is, would the Patent Office permit it?

Kapanadze has only the role of combining amplification-transformer and Tesla-kacher.
Would this also become a patent? ;D ;D ::) ::)
Well now that its been made public, or was already public, I dont think a patent would work. If it is out there and many others have it(the diagram), then I dont think a 3rd party could take it and make it their own. It would most likely boil down to who made the diagram originally and they could challenge you on the patent based on dated originality and open source public access already given. Now maybe if it were the gov, they could certainly take control of rights to the idea. 8) :o ;)

The basic answer is no.  What may be patented is the function of the circuit diagram if it is novel.  Also, the idea that if something is published say on one of these public forums it is not patentable is incorrect.  The international patent agreements between nations honors first-to-file not first-to-invent as it was in years past.

Pm
missed that post.. You may be right. But since it is out, someone with the pat cant stop someone with the diagram from making one for themselves. As long as they dont advertise that the device does what it is intended to do. So if there is a patent, then posting it here, and if it works and many build it and show it works here, there would be issues for them I believe by way of the pat holder and or gov 8) .

Partzman:

I think your answer makes sense too.
Partial patents already exist for both amplification-transformers, kacher and air-transformers.
Patent rights are distributed in several places.
Under the premise that a BTG functional patent is possible, the discussion is difficult from the patent application.
There are a lot of people here in the cafe seeking patent applications.
Disclosure of information is a feast for them only. ;D 8)
