Yes, I miss him too.
What I am trying to say here is that there is replication of Ruslan K device, documented in very detailed level with lots of explanations how it works etc etc.
Color copy-pasting some information from there. Why not use original source ?

Sorry Vasik, but no one speak about real problems we have,
The guys who failed with Ruslan copy have just one problem, the noise produced by tesla coil.

My Katcher and Tesla coil have 1.6 mhz signal. That signal I foud it at 1m distance from Tesla coil on an other coil on my table work.
Of course, 1.6 Mhz signal is in Push pull also.
when I'l get rid of this push-pull noise, everything will be easy,
all of Ruslan's diagrams and schemes are full of deliberate mistakes to fail to replicate his systems.
Look at pin 3 of TL494. is very sensible, but in Ruslan;s diagrams is in air, it must be at (-) and at ground.
There are choke in Ruslan's diagrams but not even one to cut 1.xMhz, no capacitor in Pf range for cut high frequency from tesla coil/
