NC = no connect

good:
NC = Normal CONNECT
NO = Normal OPEN

The wire  on  your picture is soldered to the same terminal NO   shown also on my pictures.
but  on my pictures  in NO terminal there is only the  fat   leftover of solder .

the only difference between us is  that :
-  you are showing the wire   on NO terminal
   and
-  I'm  showing no wire  at NO terminal
but all of the pictures comes from Panov video.
So it  is Panov who delivers to us  both evidences of his "activity"- All of your evidence is made entirely by Panov  not by  Ruslan
The NC terminal of the rely never had any wire connected to it.

NC- normally  closed is closed all the time  but it opens  when coil is energized
NO- normally  is  open  all the time  but it closes and starts to conduct when coil is energized

I can see what I see.
The first image is a Panov movie. The second image is from Ruslan device.

Does Panov confirm the operation of the device? Why doesn't he continue as promised.

Has anyone understood all of this?

I read one powers comparison with cars and i got totally confused.

Suppose we take the grenade as it stands how would you suppose it represents its basic total length
would you assume its wave length is to a standing wave representation would be and then how would you fix that amount in the grenade length ? Solve and under stand that and your learning.

Panov is not saying the device is real. It shows how it works but is connected to the phase! you can see it in the freeze frame I showed earlier.
In addition, when he turns on the device and says that the kacher is not working because the start button is not on, the kacher is already working because the led is on.
If you see the diagram, the LED is only connected to the power supply for the kacher, so it must work. The START button starts the phase and that's all the Panov shows.

    - I was shocked with  amount of nonsense  he was  telling to the listeners.
3.  In comparison:
    - Akula was also  making fundamental mistakes  ( the nonsense )when talking about positrons.

4.Tariel Kapanadze didn't make mistakes because he didn't talk theory. But he was also very
  much uneducated  in  understanding phenomena  taking place there.
 
Note: I can  have someone who knows Tariel  for years and who knows everything about his device  even next week  working for me.
