Hello Justawatt. Well, that schematic and device has big warning signs that it is not likely
at all 'over unity'.

1) Schematic says, "Resonance: Impedance becomes zero! = superconductivity"
That is, of course, complete nonsense. Only someone who understands nothing about electronics/physics
would state something that ridiculous. 

2) According to the schematic, the device is powered by a 7.2 Ah battery, and the load is LED lights.
It doesn't take very much battery drain to light LED lights quite 'brightly'.
The indication in the schematic that the LED lights are rated at "40W" of course tells absolutely nothing
about how much power they are actually dissipating.

The fact that the device is battery powered and powering LED lights should be a strong warning
sign right off the bat that the person presenting this probably is a fraud or at least has no
idea what they are doing.

For some device to have a chance of producing 'free energy', it has to be tapping into 'free energy'
from somewhere outside the closed loop of the device. Connecting a wire to the Earth or to a hunk
of metal to get 'free electrons' is not going to give you 'free energy' in and of itself. There would have to
be something else very unusual going on, well outside the ordinary.

there are loads of circuits knocking around for this type of circuit but notice
they dont give you the frequency or coil winding details or how to set the hard ware up or the info on how the
circuit or hard ware are tied up together.

Void I don't understand your logic and I think your missing the point, I'm not trying to get at you but i think you should rely give 'how it is suppose to work great thought, and as so what difference would this lower statement you make, the Earth point you make is misleading since as doesn't it have to have an inductive content in it, as one thing your missing.

All the details is given by the author how to wind the coil and diameter and distance between the other bifilar coil etc look the hand drawing ,
Even if a inventor comes forward with the all the details and extract specifications also we will all fight how this device won't work and energy cannot be created nor destroyed and law of thermodynamics blah blah.
Just that we cannot understand or cannot replicate it does not means the device won't work .

Many might have heard of Salvatore pais . A usa navy guy who have patented ufo,fusion generator or free energy device. Do we still need to debate on if this is possible or not

guy's I have been going over some of this data on the Dally device and some of the other similar devices that are said to work
mainly photographic screen shots most of the devices published in the west are vastly different how they are said to operate
one screen shot from further back in this thread boasts of a single burst shot at the peak of sine wave while some other shots found on both this website and some Russian speaking threads show a number of screen shots filling each entire wave with rf modulation with a small dead zone between each half of the sine wave or in some cases a squarish wave.

I'm referring to thr push pull leak off feeding the RF shaping circuits, I was wondering if any one has done any experiments on this phenomena or hypothesis ?
