Of course, it works both ways and many in science seem to want us believe something similar. Only instead of Jesus face on someone's toast it's a failed Aether experiment which leads to the absurdity of space-time and wormholes to other dimensions. Absurdity was never really a problem for mankind past or present but when we start thinking were above being questioned and respond with slander or hatred... that's a problem.

Here's a good debating strategy when someone is trying to force an opinion or belief on us...
If someone is being unreasonable they will always hang themselves. So we should ask them to explain why they think there right in every detail. As more details come into play so do more contradictions and the argument always becomes circular. Then when the person realizes there directly contradicting themselves the debate is basically over. Then we can all agree we don't have all the answers, in fact very few that make sense and try to make some progress.

That's good to hear - I'm very F'n sensitive - as you know!

An FYI, quick peek, into what's in process.

Communications - personal 10GB up/dn FO install this month and server upgrade (not Lab related so no restrictions).
Allows real-time 2-way * plus a video server (mainly CAE interactive). Remote "virtual" T&M instruments!

Development - Discovered the newer STM32 series of micros are "real fast (800MHz)" and using the internal parallel
timers you can do many things at once - multiple precision, synchronized, pulses; plus feedback sensing. Each pulse
parameter is variable via touch slider or keypad - want to change 4.00mS to 3.80mS, just enter it in!

This approach might solve many of the challenges we now face w.r.t. characterizing and building these FE things.

An example is the STM32MP157 with touch LCD - free development tool chains (drag/drop examples); I'm not a programmer;
and a complete system, other than the Driver FETS is about $100US - lots of cheaper ones as well. Anyway, that's one
approach that I'm now designing. Code is portable so once it's working on one device it can be modified to suit other similar
devices and schemes.
