My expertise lacks in doing practical experimentation, not EE guy.

at one point i was about to work on lithuania experiment - https://overunity.com/19335/lithuania-ou-experiment-wesleys-theory-schematic-explanationstep-by-step
i even bought some expensive materials like ferrite rod, copper wire, variable cap, etc .
but the guy was not ready to help where i was stuck, not even in private over PM - big wesley.
project halted :/

Good, it's not as complicated as it first appears - take it step-by-step - one coil at a time, so to speak.

Review the material available in detail, it's all there but can be confusing at times; so think about it
before going "whole hog."

This stuff does actually work BTW!  Many have done it already from what I can determine, and analyized
and have tested - a bit tricky at first but eventually it falls into place and makes actual sense!

Good luck and don't get discouraged too quickly - step back and think about it if you get stuck.
