The attached ZVS flyback driver circuit (taken from the internet) and modified by me in red to show my alterations for the Chibinidze flyback driver circuit. The 9+9 or 12+12 anti-phase windings specified by 00 will produce a much reduced output than the conventional in-phase windings. However, a small spark as recommended by 00 is easily achieved. The supply current at 12V is in the order of 600mA for this circuit, so if you can get the specified 200W mains lamp to light at this power level, then we will need to buy 00 a few drinks!

Thanks 00 for giving me that other resonant coil setup.
Today I was busy but I will try that too.


Hoppy if you're going to use ZVS for Chubinidze a guy told me that it's not good for that circuit. I'm not sure if it was on this forum.
