With low frenquency and not shotkeys. So make two mistakes, but this I try before some moths ago. This is small divice that I show, who light LED bulb 220 volts. Video with red toroid, you know that video.

Its of note that the Kapanadze / Akula devices being shown use filament lamps which present a resistive load well suited as a load to Royer type oscillators of the type we see on many of the circuit schematics. I have conducted a few experiments using a mosfet based Royer oscillator (Mazzilli variant) driving a Lasersaber Super Joule Ringer 3.0 style transformer. However, my version has bifilar primary winding of 80 turns, 1.5mm stranded electrical wire wound bifilar and the secondary winding of 600 turns of 0.32 swg ECW. The primary is wound on a 38mm plastic domestic waste pipe with the secondary wound as one layer on a cardboard tube that fits snugly into the plastic tube with virtually no air gap. The end of one 40-turn primary strand is connected to the start of the second 40-turn strand and this connection forms the centre tap for the oscillator output coil. The start and finish wires are terminated with four good quality 0.22uF polyprop caps in parallel to give a sinusoidal 26KHz, 132V pk-pk output waveform scoped across the caps. The load is a 230V, 60W bulb connected directly across the secondary winding. The performance of this setup is impressive and by far the most efficient and simple to construct inverter that I have built. Unlike Lasersaber, I use an air core with a larger diameter coil former, eliminating the need for ferrite rods or stacked toroidal cores.

My reason for describing this setup is I think Kapanadze and Akula may have built a very similar setup but on a much bigger scale using a thicker primary and secondary winding to power a heavier load. The Kapanadze multi-turn secondary winding maybe wound on top of an inner primary winding. The thick copper coil winding around the secondary maybe unnecessary to light the lamps but could be enhancing output by inducing spark-gap induced pulses into the secondary winding, or just to confuse measuring instruments! Yes, a lot of surmising, based on my belief that he has a concealed low voltage power supply to drive the oscillator. However, my approach to understand how Kapanadze / Akula 'did it' is to first get a lamp to light brightly using a look-alike coil arrangement and then work to get it self-running.

Hoppy. I have been told that Kapanadze can take a day to tune his device. I have been told that Akula has taken 3 DAYS to tune his device. It could be as simple as persevering.
