  It's very possible that a.king has a point about the use of that particular plastic wrap. And that may not be just any type of plastic, either.  So, Let's just  give that guy a break and see what he comes up with next. Hopefully the 2- 3kw devices as mentioned.
He does not look like a scammer to me.

Sorry to labour a point but videos presented like this really do not help us to progress as they are to all intent and purpose just showing off an assemblage of hidden components that might or might not be working as claimed. Even if he shows us a 10KW device presented in the same way, we are in no better position to decide with its genuine or fake. I would certainly expect criticism if I presented a similar video. His motive for doing this should be questioned. Granted, the plastic wrap may be of importance but its pure conjecture until we discover the modus-operandi of the device being demonstrated, which may be different to the Kapanadze devices. With respect, the fact that he does not look like a scammer to you is of course a purely subjective comment, not really worth the effort of writing down!

  What may be purely subjective to you, and not worth listening to, is what I go by.
As I trust my instincts, as much as anything else.  And also don't believe that everyone of these devices, or the people involved, are out to pull the wool over my eyes.
  Just give the guy a chance, that's all I say. He's not trying to convince you, or me.
He is working for his own gain, and showing us what he has done, although,  not how.
He's not trying to help us progress, he is trying to progress himself, or may be too scared to show and tell all there is to know about his device. Can you really blame him?
  Maybe one of us can contact him, and see if he is willing and able to help us, or not.
  In any case, time will tell, one way or the other.
