Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Your diagram is all messed up :)
L4 is the output/load/input to dc-dc converter...
the dc/dc converter is 110/220->12v not the other way... so the 12V takes the place of the battery, this comes from L4 (what you have marked L3)  on t1 there's really 4 windings, the 4th goes to the top GEN2  (you have 2 gen2's)
Can agree only with  one of generator should be  to called GEN1 - you are right.
DC-DC supply high voltage to power up NPG MOSFET only (in original 170V).
Second output coil on T1 need just for make this 170V..
Rest of mathematics 12V.
Self supply circuit I newer draw coz its not need for understand an idea.
Again this block diagram prepared for mode clear understand of idea, not for draw exact author's schematics.
My tests shows me that some elements in "author's" schematics ... how to say... little unnecessary...

Thanks

and yet you have all the elements of the schematics....

1) 12 V
2) 12V -> 150+ x2
2a) 150 goes to power pulse for L3
2b) 150 pulses L1 coil which resonates L2
3) a pulse generator to pulse the 150 into L3
4) a pickup L4 to generate load/self power.

the 120V-12V is unnessecary if not looping....
and a lot of caps are superfluous in the 5V logic section...

fantom:

Thank you for your clearly drawn block diagram. It is useful in breaking down the Dally circuit to the essentials.

Please define 'samozapitku'  самозапиÑ,ку

самозапиÑ,ка - Self feeding (for self runner).

fantom:
The pulse generators are running on 5V, the power transistors in nanopulser are switching 150V, another 150V from same inverter transformer goes into output coil. The nanopulser is locked into inverter's phase so it does not spit out random pulses. Also КÐ"202 diode there is doing same function as spark gap in Tesla coil.

However, my nano-pulse has flipped over to a non-nano-pulse (meaning inverted) when feeding to the gate of the IRFU320.
So i have a constant  14V on the gate (opening the MOSFET), and then nano width pulses to ground (closing the MOSFET).
This looks reversed from what it should be, right?
Is this a design flaw, am i not thinking right, or did i make a mistake somewhere?    Any thoughts, suggestions?
According to the attached schematic, the transistor Q3 will invert the output of the NAND Gates in Integrated Circuit U3.
The polarity of the low duty-cycle pulse appearing on the output of U3 is determined by the switch S2.

Also, because Q5 is a N-Channel MOSFET then a positive voltage on its gate will make it conduct between Source and Drain.
If Q5 remains conducting too long then a destructive current will flow through L5, T1 primary and Q5.

P.S.
The attached schematic is identical to yours (identical circuit) but it is translated to English and has four additions:
1) Description: "Monostable Multivibrator"
2) Description: "DSRD Driver"
3) Description altered to: "DSRD Nano Pulser"
4) Component designations.
