hi everyone,

I have just uploaded latest video which show improved brightness.Since my nearly 10 year 7.2AH battery is getting depleted too quickly to properly measure temperature on MOSFET on heatsink without cooling fan.
At this moment it looks like around 60c for <12volt supply input.

Also, in addition to more turns, try a newer and higher capacity battery. This should provide more current which your tube needs to give a brighter light.

PS. Also increase the voltage of your zeners to 12V or 15V.

I will try out those zeners in the 12volts range which i had purchase sometime back.

I also have this BZW06-13V1B  -13.1volt 600watt Unidirectional and bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

This diode was sold to me by accident when i asked for 2 watt zener couple of months ago and it's hard to see numbers on zener diode on the spot.

I have used these 600watt diode successfully in transformerless power supply to protect circuit.There was once the AC250volt capacitor had internal short unknown to me and it cause my 12volt battery supplying extra unknown load to 300watt inverter during testing stage.The diode did a excellent job in protecting circuit.For actual use fuse should be used after (1MOhm  resister/AC capacitor) to protect circuit just in case.

Back to topic these diode is far better than typical <1watt ...5watt zener diode and the bidirectional voltage suppressor diode only conduct electricity either way only at rated voltage unlike zener diode 0.6v forward voltage and whatever it is rated at reverse voltage.This is definitely overkill for Mazilli circuit.

Yes i think it's time for me to cough up more money on higher capacity 12volt batteries.

I'm suspecting the 7.2AH battery doesn't perform well with 5Amps Load.Unless maybe i give one shot using 10,000uf Caps to assist battery to support inpulse power and see if it helps.
Since all these common 12volt batteries are base on chemical to electricity conversion which is slow.

it's a progress for the Roundcore project. Great news. Seeing that 1kw halogen lighting up a bit brigher than befor too.
those 13.1volt 600watt Unidirectional and bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes seem very interesting yet very good Diodes , might see where to find them too. waiting for your latest to come out and see progress.
try some incandescents for a change , like what I have tried befor was lighting up a 500watt one.

Btw about the 12V batteries, Start using car batteries. Huge bulky ones. will last longer for testings.

Sure, I will be posting on the Thread too, Pictures and Videos of this 100% working device. Yet a very simple one, I had no idea It could be Done like that, But a great relief and my house works on it  .

I could start mentioning some specs of another one I made ( motor/generator )
it's a 120Vac Motor, 3400 RMP ,1/3 Hp
Generator - Brushless 2.5 KW 120Vac , 220Vac,
But this one I connected a belt with pullies.
Switch in between the output of the Gen and motor for the Gen to feedback the Motor, Make sure your gen produces the Hz that the motor needs! very important, like mines are 60hz, and needs to produce 60hz as it spins .
as  fabricated as it was earlier on a gasoline engine hehe.

Previous  Generator of 4KW is with direct shafting, but I think I'm limiting my self there sins you could put more connects of you use belts and pullies like a Flywheel  , but it's great of use!! xD
