Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

hi everyone,

I have just uploaded the final video for this year  -GeoFusion roundcore replication attempt v5.0
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nRFE-2BWYlI

There is big  improvement in brightness after i have replaced the 10 year old 7.2AH battery with 21AH 12volt battery. The power consumption is around 6Amps 12.5volts input = 75watts.
It seems i would have to use small ferrite choke 7.5mH to limit current to 1KW 220volt Halogen bulb else the circuit will never go into ringing mode at all.Light output might be better on 110volts.**Unconfirmed**
The choke for positive supply is rated at 3.5mH on iron powder 3" toroid which is overkill since i'm using available components.

The funny thing to note the circuit automatically goes into ringing mode only around 3 seconds after power is connected.Do hear how it rings for me. :D
This time circuit function 100% of the time upon connecting power supply with acceptable 3 seconds delay. :D
Due to small heat-sink i can only carry out short testing only.I would need to get bigger heatsink with fan.

I'm still waiting for induction capacitors to arrive. :'(
The circuit merely needs final tweaking on caps value thats all.

Magpwr,

Good to see that you have invested in a decent sized battery for your Mazzilli experiments. Hold on to the small 7.5A/h battery for the 'who can light a 1KW lamp the longest on a tiny battery' T1000 competition.  ;D

I suggest that you try increasing your zener diodes to 12V or 15V rating to reduce your heating problem. Also, use thermal paste or pads to mount the mosfets to the heatsink if you are not already doing so.

  guruji:
This is the best diagram (made by GeoFusion) of what I will be building as soon as I can get some more components. It uses the Mazilli circuit that is posted by GeoFusion, in the previous post.
None of us here except for GeoFusion has actually made this replication yet.
I have adapted the Mazilli circuit, but using the yoke core, instead of the flyback core.

Hoppy: I know what the specs are on the IRF510, but, they were the only ones that I could get from RS, along with the small Zeners, and I even had to order to them, and wait to pick them up after a few days. As they did not have any mosfets in stock.
The IRF620 or 634 I used on my previous Royer circuit worked also, but they did not light the 100 watt bulbs quite as bright as the IRF510 on the Mazilli crt.

We really need to make the replication like Geo is showing in his last diagram (below).
I just wanted to see how it would work on the yoke set up, as that is what I had on hand and ready to go. Along with the Akula yoke core set up, which I have still not had a chance to test on the Mazilli crt yet.

I've never heard of a woman ever being named John...
The "proof is in the pudding", though, be it a man or a woman.
Welcome to our thread Dr. John.

Nick,

Life is strange. See here.

There is still a week to go before Christmas, so plenty of time for Dr John to come to the rescue with his pressie.

I've never heard of pulse shield wire, I was told to use for testing to avoid high voltage shorting, do you have any information on this?
