  The confirmation of the Akula second video device, as by witness, "Tiger", is enough for me to swallow. Self running, with only a ground wire connected.  Confirmed!!!

Hey man, Calm , we only need to understand and connect the dots.
It's to simply understand the working of a Tesla coil  first , What does a Tesla coil need for it to work beautifully.  Tune via Sparkgap or Driven by a TL494, or IR2153 pulse oscillator circuit with transistors or mosfets or IGBT's
Pulsed currents.

When you understand and have build these systems, then try to combine the knowledge with akula's system.

About the Yoke with 3 turns, it's no low voltage that you have to achieve there, it's more few kilovolts that have to be achieved or at least close to 1kv to be  good depending your coils and for resonance. The capacitor is very important part, I have blown many to see which one was the right one to use. Running caps. :/
In Akula's first video, the one that he demonstrated not using ground but he was telling that when connecting ground gets more power, Is simply like a tesla coil. 
High powered by the pulsing circuit (TL494) with the yoke, but at the Tesla coil has those multi layers to step down the voltages and increase amps too. this is one that uses only one oscillator with IGBT's I gues and the use the Inverter  and smoothing cap to keep the system alive.

And yes I have the kacher Tesla coil connected to the circuitry . A Interrupter like effect. I did not mention that I'm not using it,  but what I meant was that  I see somewhere that you could build another type of coiling system which does not need the kacher but something els. Like for what I just described in above texts.

I respect your opinions Hoppy, remember that there is a power supply that can give so much to maintain the circuitry alive . It will work without battery.

but The main thing I would like to pin point now is ,
don't forget what happens when you connect a ground using a hot wire ! it's the new power source between Line and real earth ground.
Same as how you use a Line ( hotwire) from mains to a ground pin(s) and it will pull amps from ground depending how much ground surface there is.
I have done this by accident while trying out some barbosa experiments.
Reminds me of Kapanadze when they measured 23~ amps coming from ground  and if you see it correctly, He is using One line from the Coil (Hot line ) Orange wire  and the other one was strait ground to the pipe or Radiator. So there is something similar to this all now .

You know what I think about Kapanadze! What we see in the video you posted is only a part of the complete device. I've already worked out how Kapanadze does it.

You continue to talk in riddles. If you really want people to understand and take notice of what you are saying, then please explain things more clearly - thanks. I've already challenged you to walk the walk by showing a video of your self-runner. At the moment you are just having a laugh with us.
