10uf is decoupling capacitor for power supply and is close to power supply input. before him is symmetrical RF-choke or in other words decoupling capacitor was grounded through RF-choke.

Master Ground is going on end of Grenade and that is 6th layer coil.

Which layer you have grounded 6th or 1st ??

Ground conductor should go through the grenade tube. Why is that important i have no idea ?

This decoupling capacitor goes to ground isn't it? At the point that attaches the main ground (as it hasn't each own ground) it breaks the line. It is important so to understand which line is what length and frequency response. One line is the grenade plus the 28T and the other is the cable that goes to the rod. Where they meet each other is where that cap attaches.

The capacitor other leg is connected to the ground, the first leg is connected to the grenade positive out.  The capacitor is in between the grenade and Ground. It is the way to accumulate the positive charge from transmitted radiation , while the Ground is the reservoir of negative electricity. Lets say the positive out is the maximum potential or the other end of the grenade coil which is not connected to the ground.

There is also another way to not used capacitor but wisely connect the pair of Coils in manner to operate as Capacity.This type of device which does not need extra capacitor really needs good synchronism of both Transmitter and Receiver.
