It's very close to 100vpp on 1.0x uf "4 x 0.27uf LOW ESR induction heater capacitor" at 20watt -12.18volts x 1.64Amps with earth connection to the top of multilayer coil.
The 60watt bulb was connected to top of multilayer and bottom of multilayer coil.

This scope shot was attached in the earlier post few hours ago.

Thanks Mag. Sorry, I completely missed noticing your scope shot. I make this waveform nearly 200Vpp (scope at 100V / div), so 400V AC rated caps should be OK here.

To be on the safe side at least 700V or 800V A/C.It's best to connect capacitors in parallel to achieve lower ESR.
Additional information- Polypropylene capacitor is better than metalized capacitor.Due to low self inductance(Higher Q)  for non metalized version.

I have not even factored in the nanosecond pulse at 1.xxKV to 2KV  .For the low end.

At this moment at the large toroid the primary winding 12-0-12 is optimize for higher dc voltage eg:24volts or 30volts.For testing purpose i am using 12volts which already produce nearly 200vpp

The output of toroid is just 3.5 turns 6mm square multi strand electrical cable.

At 12volts i am getting nearly 200vpp then at 30volts this vpp would surely increase.

Why 30volts instead of 24volts-I do own a existing 36volts 10Amps modular power supply which can be lowered to 30volts.

It looks the same as the 24volts supply used by Ruslan from the outside.
