Have you DSO in your laboratory. If you have do exactly like Akula and itsu has done. Scan Ground to find Telluric response. On that frequency tune your Katcher secondary without bifilar-choke and antenna connected. Reference oscillograms are from Ruslan Katcher video tunning. Only sharp unipolar impulses on collector of your 2sc5200 transistor.  Also tune your 1/4  Grenade to resonate on same frequency (number of windings or wire lenght). We need here1/4 wave resonace with shortening factor of copper wire. I wish you success

its only connected to the scope probe (see video).
But the groundclip of this probe is grounded through the scope, so yes these 2 screenshots are taken with one side grounded.
When i attach my special ground lead (connected to the same ground of the house) also to this same point, then no change is seen.

I suspect on small Peak-Peak amplitude at your RF generator output and also maybe high DC resistance and self-inductance of your Grounding (including ground conductor). I think Akula has done experiment with maximum amolitude of his signal generator. He used lot of Litz wire for grounding. When he used solid copper wire than groud frequency response went up. If you have old analog RF generator up to 5MHz try with him. Maybe will work to get proper response. I think up to 2MHz willbe enough to find response. It is as we have seen in Akula and Ruslan between 1MHz - 2MHz.

I have idea. Why don't scan your ground without any coil - just sweep your special ground wire. Maybe you will find something ??

On same way you can scan ground of your oscilloscope (self-scan) and other equipment.

AKULA TIPS and TRICKS

1. Find Free resoance of your coil. Free end in air. Search for maximum amplitude on your coil. His 1.0083MHz
2. Connect Working ground on Free end and search for Resonance - Maximum Peak Amplitude. His 4.88MHz. Use Separate Ground for coil. Another ground for Oscilloscope, Spectral Analyser and Signal Generator.
3. Search lower common multiple of Ground Resonance 4.88MHz. There are many. His is 1.842MHz. Amlitude is lower and very hard detect - because there are many common multiples (Earth harmonics) in signal. Resonance is very-very sharp. Need carefully and slowly mannual sweep. Once you change Ground conductor lenght - everything you have found will be changed. Search again for new ground lenght.
4. On that resonant frequency of Ground response 1.842MHz make working TT (Tesla Transformer or Katcher) without connected bifilar-choke or antenna.
