  No battery, no ground, but works better with them.
However, it proves the point that the power for this self runner does not come from the ground.
  High voltage superimposition comes from the choke circuit that's inside the big air coils tube.  The HV is being picked up from the induced output coming from the induction coil's, (resonator coil), then is tuned for best output by the small cap attached.
He says that 300 turns is better than 50 turns, for this Hendershot type coil set up.
  But, no separate kacher was needed, to pick up the surrounding ambient output from earths magnetic field, as the "secret" source of extra power.
Bulbs are connected only to the big air coil (on one end), and also to the ground, for extra power and stability.
There are the "roots" as also mentioned by Kapanadze. All based on Tesla impulse technologies, not nuclear decay.

Whilst on the subject of Akula videos, I dug one up that I had not seen before. In the opening scenes is that the bearded guy we see in the Kapanadze videos? It looks very much like him and if so, its an interesting association! The German business guy is there too.

  I am referring to the Akula second device replication that we were all trying to replicate. Others may be referring to the lower output one, which no one has even tried to replicate, yet.

  All I know is, if the yoke core and it's coils is NOT putting out much power by itself, the Kacher is not going to make up for it, to give us a total of 2000+ watts output, as has been shown.
  And almost no body seams to wants to show what their grenade/yoke circuit can do by itself, first. Why? Are you expecting that your barely lit bulbs will become totally lit up by the additional Kacher crt. As the kacher is not really meant to be driving the bulbs, it is only added to create the right heterodyning frequencies.
  Even a single transistor (no other component) Joule Ringer crt can light a 50 to 75 watt bulb, but not a 100 watt, or higher wattage incandescent bulb.

  My point is, why is no one getting their yoke/grenade combo to do anything more that just barely light a bulb or two?
Don't you think that there is something wrong there???   As even the cheapest car inverter can do more than that.

I understand you tend to mention "replicate" most of the time,in other words a self runner."Only provided all the tuning steps and working circuit is handed to you as a manual"

But first we need to solve this problem by clearly understanding how or what each part/section of device is doing.To make it complicated this device clearly needs various section of device working together.

We just need to replicate the kacher effect as shown by Hoppy and URFA .Then from here we at least know this unknown technology is for real.
Eventually people will just come up with improvement to the existing problem of ours.

  It wouldn't surprise me to hear that all these guys are somewhat related somehow,  or secretly working with the real inventor.

  If all you want is what they are showing. As there is no proof of a self runner device to be seen by this tuning method alone, at least not yet.

  Anyways, how long can tuning the earth cable, adding or removing kacher secondary turns, and turning a pot or two take? The schematic and instructions have already been given.
  Practically no one has a built a true replication, but all expect their unit to work the same. 
   I'm just looking for the slightest anomalous effect, to guide me in the right direction.
