yes in Ruslan's video we see a constant ~900V across his capacitors, and the lights are super bright and not pulsing slow, but super fast
just like what Vasmus does to his output lights .

this is how I see it,
Ruslan is pulsing the rectified DC Radiant very fast with a circuit ( with a THyristor , Mosfet or transistor) , letting the capacitor(s)
charge and discharge super fast, keeping the flash of light alive and steady.
I tried the kacher on 12V car battery and getting same results and on 24V is even greater output which is crazy haha. 

Kacher AND  fast pulse circuits with good caps are needed to to operate the Latest Device of which he presented on vid.

Man, the push-pull is not a decoy of any type that is for sure,
Akula's first device was only operating with that circuit TL494 with a Capacitor in series
for reaching resonance with cap to achieve massive energy. Has fine tuning too.
I also have build my Push Pull with TL494 but not using it yet, will try it out soon but the latest of Ruslan is what I want to be focusing on
now.

Yes, that is the way to go, and Radiant doesn't obey all the conventional rules of electricity that is right, it's different  and beautiful .
just like Carlos Benitez device. Or lets remember a bit of Don Smith Device Discharging massive Capacitors
worth of 20Amps output in his time. Reminds me now of Kapanadze in the old days.
But in Ruslan's latest, the mosfet will pulse the  rectified DC voltage to the cap very fast, so the cap discharges back fast and discharges
the 300T coil and for load keeping a fast pulse for a steady light and to stepdown trafo for other outputs.

Yes the 12V batteries were discarded befor I start using them, they wont even start cars.  but charged them abit with a charger I have for
12V batteries.  Guesing the Mazilli circuit is consuming alot of amps and I do see some liquid coming off the negative lead of the battery
over time and crystalizing it to Bliue material. But 1 to 2 kw run is great, but only did it on used batteries .
My Mazilli has Germanium Diodes Instead of Zeners.

As for the new findings of Ruslan Device , it's very interesting but yet dangerous when charging caps. Those charges can Kill.
Now we have to pulse that 300+ VDC from FWBR coming from grenade with a mosfet to get a faster and continuous discharge from
caps, until we have a steady light. that will be the next step.

Yes be careful, the RF burns I can get do burn a small hole in my finger now if I do touch,

Oh yes I'm pretty sure Barbosa and leal  device is also related to what we are
figuring out, it's electrostatic and needs the ground, Pulsed system.

From other planet, thanks for the link. Don Smith is one of my favorites researchers. I have replicated his theory about matching wavelengths of prim. and sec. and it is as exactly he states when we wish to take out frequencies like some decades or even hundreds of MhZ. At these frequencies is difficult to tune like Tesla did, and so tank circuits are formed only of the intrinsic capacitance of the cable and its inductance. So matching is necessary in these cases.

d3, can you please clarify what diodes are you talking about? Are you referring to Ruslan's (bruto's) classic schematic?

Your excitement made me from the first time to start this Ruslan and Akula replication tries. I recognize that to you. Keep us informed as we have opened so many war fronts! Let me ask you something. If charging a cap with radiant is the case, why we use Ruslan's grenade and this weak katcher instead of filling caps straight from an NST transformer or ignition coils or even tv flybacks? Don't tell me because of high frequencies because Tesla has made it very clear. If we have to choose between HF and HV, high voltage has the priority! An other issue is that his new design is something different than the old one in terms of principal theory. It is like he tries to take us away from this now that we are so close. What is your opinion on this?

How big battery should be to run >1kW load extensively for 20 minutes?
The answer suggest to throw away this suspicion...
