So you have 25kv DC ,  what are you going to do with it ? I'm not sure that's whats needed, any idea what's going on, how does the over unity idea work, like what actually creates the over unity, what quality's in our circuit do we need to even stand a chance of getting it, is it frequency, wave length, length of wire, how we set up and modulate our tank coil. Some people on here are telling us stuff, and some are BS us, if i throw a ball at a regular speed I wast my time and energy cus it goes no where, just of in a strait line, suppose i do it at a wall i get it to bounce back, now suppose i bounce again and use some of the energy i first bounce with. Any one for tennis ?

Primary  problems he has: His device  is similar to  Tariel Kapanadze, SR, Anomimus, Ruslan,  Lithuania Experiment ,and plenty others.that makes him only a Replicator. His device is Geo-dependent. That is good, as it makes easier to understand  energy conversion. And it is bad as he is trying to make it work  right now in Germany. He has a sponsor there.  And in that part of Germany it does not work as of yet.He acts as typical inventor, his philosophy is:
"I have it  and you do not. I can sale it to you if you pay me  good enough. However my price is not fixed  and is floating"
I  Akula  at best would be happy to  be paid all money of the world for that invention.,

The  evaluation of  Akula's theory  was  so humiliating to Akula( Roman Karnuhov) that I decided to do not translate this in English.Just waste of my time.However His device works but his theory is below any possible level of acceptation.At this point the question is what is more important? Theory or device. Akula  needs the theory to submit patent application. And that is why he is acquiring any knowledge   from us to get it done.Akula is young  intelligent person  and learning fast. We will see what is next. In this video I  included magnetism, field, energy and mass in form that matches known science in this area. As you see from number of viewers marking like/dislike Russian audience reaction was: mostly accepting  that video as valuable contribution to the subject in question.
