OK, thanks. It had not crossed my mind that there was anything unusual with the type of lamps Kapanadze used, only that they illuminated on free energy.

Interesting there is  a Spark with or without Ground Connection ...  it only needs 12 Volt.

With  Ground Connection Amplification, Extra Power is possible   and  therefore  Self Running mode is possible ( because the extra power is enough to run the HV unit and even Light the Lamp )
