Hi Forest. Thanks for the picture. I didn't know Kapadnadze had ever provided a drawing
of the principle behind his device other than in his patent application. If such a drawing did come from
Kapadnadze originally, then that explains why Daly and Akula took that approach in their devices.

No, but I can understand some of it, and with all the Russians in the news these days both on the ou sites and politically, I'm getting better. I had an interpreter with me, during the skype call. Trouble is you miss the nuances and if the guy has ou it's all about these little hints. He was essentially showing us glorified joule thief devices, not knowing that we were OU researchers. He claims these devices run for weeks, but I think he's deluding himself. He obviously does not know about lasersaber.

Hi a.king21. Yes, it is hard to gauge something like this when you don't get all the little details
of what a person is saying, and exactly how they are saying it. There can be clues hiding in there.
If he is using batteries, then, under a very light load, battery terminal voltages can vary upward a bit
over time and give the impression that the battery is gaining charge when it is really not. Maybe there is
more to what he is doing than that however. Did he give any idea of what his approach is, and why he thinks
that gives over unity?

I see you speak about Sokolovsky.  I did follow him before and to be honest I think he is just joke.
I remember one clip where he was apparently drunk saying that he is doing this for money and not to expect he will share some findings. He was saying something he is going somewhere abroad ( I think Bulgary) to sign some contract or so.  In his video -two batteries ,one diode and two LEDs- you can clearly see the connections but when you try it yourself  , it doesn't work. What I want to say is just do not expect anything from that man.

Better check the document I pasted below and try to experiment with that. I do the same.  Still the key to Kapanadze
