He explains the difference between using the "self resonating coil frequencies", compared to what he calls  "SPATIAL ENERGY COHERENCE" factor ,  and,  it's this "spatial resonant coherence frequency that is most important to tune to, and not the coil's own self resonating frequency.

Hi Guys,  Can somebody tell me why is Ruslan using some 25m (or so) long ground cable?  Wouldn't be more practical to have much shorter length?

Hi John.K1. Ruslan has said a lot of things. He also has said we need a thick ground wire, but has shown demo videos
with a self runner with not very thick ground wire, or with a fairly short ground wire. Because of this sort of thing,
I do not trust too much of what Ruslan says. It might be helpful, but it also might not make much difference at all.

Hi Void. I do not take Ruslan very  seriosly anymore. He sometimes looks quite confused himself . The thing is it makes me to think- Romanow shows how the grounding resonate on its own-no matter what coil you connect. If I will get the value of this resonant frequency, I will use the right length of the wire for my granade and tuned signal generator to give the impuls right before or behind the peak of resonating amplitude.

Btw- now I realised my grounded coil also resonates around 1.3MHz -so the length of the ground cable maybe doesn'play the main role? . By the other experimenter, the width of the GND wire has some influence on the size of amplitude.Also, remember ,Kapanadze has used many of thin wires connected to his ground plate.'

Hi John.K1. Sure, there might be something to it, but I was just pointing out that Ruslan would say
certain things, and then seemingly do something different in his own video demonstrations. When I go over my
notes of various things Ruslan has said compared to what he showed in his various videos, I really do
wonder what the heck he has really been up to. There are various things that just don't seem to add up with
that guy.
