   There has been no problem coping text from the Russian sites to this site. The translation by Goggle has not been very useful though.
 
   T-1000, well at least you commented finally that you have talked with Oleg, several times, and had some broken phone call stuff happen. 
   
   If I lived close to these guys I would have gone to see them personally. Like Stefan should be doing with Ruslan. Like Stepanov and Tiger did with Akula. Or is there a more important device to follow up on?

  We are getting stuck here with new circuits coming every couple of weeks, or so, and we don't even know how replicate the last ones, or if they really work.
  Any way, those are my thoughts and suggestions, for now.  If someone has a better idea, lets hear it.

Yep, It is frustrating I have a device on my desk already for half year and nothing from it. And to be more precise, I am a bit afraid of that device. My body doesn't like so much of that radiation  

But I do not give up. I am trying to learn the basic principles without so many " extra" thinks
I have made a device which is VEEERy similar to Ruslan's. I am pretty sure it works on the same principle. It is small , fit on my desk and have no headache from it The thing is I can also lit some small bulbs and and watch interesting effects. Especially when messing "ground - antenna" When grounded ,the light goes up and so does consumption. When the antenna is conected instead, the light goes up and consumption down. It takes around 0.35A at 4.7V   I can connect also micro owen bulb on one wire and get small light.
The capacitors bank charge very quickly to HV . I can constantly discharge it with spark. But I have not much electronics experience and I tried to loop it to itself. I have made a DC-DC converter from cap to main input, but it doesn't work. There must be something else missing here. Just for case I have ordered couple DC-DC from ebay, just give it to try. May be mine is not good enough?

I am glad you see the dangers and talk openly about that ! To me it more important than running these things but they r simple enough .... Try and let go of copying other schematics most never add up right and to be honest you just need a simple formula to follow !

Its the loop u need nothing else ! I don't copy anything and just make things work my own way so I can understand them but my position is mass muf of safe systems ect ...

   However, as your replication doesn't have a push-pull ferrite yoke core circuit providing for the magnetic current. Which is the heart of the Ruslan circuit. Without a ferrite yoke core, and just using the air cores will not provide for much output power. Placing ferrite rods into the much bigger former tubes, doesn't work very well, either.
   Using only a Kacher circuit that's radiating to a pick up coil, then rectifying that output and returning it back to the input, has not been shown to work.
  I think that achieving a working feed back path, is probably the biggest obstacle to overcome.  But, the push-pull oscillator and ferrite yoke, proper WIMA 2000v capacitors, the IRFP260N mosfets, and obtaining the right high amp rectifier diodes, are really needed for a working Ruslan replication, of 4000w output, or higher output.
