And you can be sure of something else, too: If any of these people actually have what they claim (self-runners, massive OU) it would be TRIVIAL to prove it unequivocally. But none of them have ever done so, and none of them ever will do so. Why not? The answer is simple: they cannot, because they DO NOT have what they claim, they are faking. Yes, I mean Kapanadze, Ruslan, Akula specifically.

I'm afraid you have forgotten something important: Provable OU is already here: Free energy from air TEST, just not enough of it (yet).

Now tell me, how much energy would that Avramenko plug setup be able to collect if we would connect 1000 of them together? How much energy could it collect, if we could charge up those capacitors 1000 times a second?

To put it another way: What parameter defines the intensity of the electric field collected in the capacitors per time unit?

Although this is real OU, I think there are a lot of fakes around. And most of those fakers are payed fakers. Almost no one would spent lots and lots of time and money to do elaborate fake videos on youtube just for fun. So who pays for the making of those fake videos? Someone (the oil syndicate) who knows for sure that OU can work indeed, so he sees a need for massive distraction that pushes researchers in a completely wrong direction? A lot of hints on youtube and the forums pointing towards that. One of the payed team produces the video presenting the fake device (looks valid at first glance, but turns out to be complete nonsense at second glance), then some others of the team are flooding the forums with discussions about that fake device, so all other target-aimed ideas are getting lost in tons of gibberish. This gets increasingly apparent over time. Remember, Dally has dismantled his device almost three years ago, 6 days after his »OU« demonstration. Why? Because he had done his job?

  That circuit that you posted the video of is showing a 14v, 170mA output, from the air, with no load attached. Which could maybe light a couple of leds, (not shown).
So, how does that really compare to Ruslan's 4000w output from no known input source.  Or does it?
