  Without any help. No,  Ruslan has Oleg to help him, as he is all thumbs, and can't even solder very well.
  But, without Oleg, I doubt that Ruslan would be showing anything that works.
  My opinion, for what it's worth, Is that the real device developer here is Oleg. As he understand how HIS circuits are supposed to work, and Ruslan doesn't, and just knows how they are to be connected up.

Well, for Oleg boards you already have it shared.  And so far Ruslan deliberately was stating in videos about the fundamental principles to be understood not electronics circuits to copycat. In latest video he even said, - if he would make one generator for you then you would take it apart and put it back that will stop working because after that process the values of coils,etc would be changed and you would never would be able to run it again without understanding how to tune it...

  Here (below) is Oleg's newest boards, which have not been "shared", as yet, nor instructions on a step by step tuning processes.
  What is not understood is not the theory of operation, that has been mentioned many times.  However, he is not showing how to tune it properly, to make it all work together to produce the same results. 
  My question is, Why not?  Just repeating what has already been said in previous videos.
  So, if the tuning process is so complicated, then why he does not show just how this is done.
And what happens when the Kacher is disconnected when running a full load.

What I could catch with my poor Russian from the Ruslan's last movie:

1. Do not ask for any help. Start to understand the process.
2. The process is very basic and simple Resonant circuit (LC?)
3. Understand resonance circuit!! (2 resonant cuircuits)
4. Stop talking nonsense about the TV choke. Any high frequency toroid core will do fine. Akula had just TV choke at the hand .
5. He is not using Kacher. He is using SG based on TL (pulses)
6. System works on the principle of mixing frequencies
7. The Grenade coil is NOT a Kapanadze coil!!! It is just regular transformer
8. Big coil is the collector. other two coils forms resonant circuits
9. Learn to understand resonant transformer and its tuning!!
10. Tesla's bottom wire connected directly to the ground
11. Ground cable  MUST BE THICK wire
12. No grounded PowerSupply
13. Ferrite rod was used for fine tuning of synchronization- is not necessary if frequencies are synchronized other way.


Also lots of offending the replicators like we have no brains, just waiting for schematics instead of understanding process, sitting, waiting and doing nothing etc...
