Nick, the plain fact is Ruslan does talk a lot of nonsense. He has posted hours and hours of videos,
and still many fluent Russian speakers seem to have no clear idea what it takes to make Ruslan's circuits work.
If fluent Russian speakers still can't figure out how to make it work after watching Ruslan's many videos, then for
certain something is not right. Ruslan is either full of it, or he is holding some key details back and just playing games,
or he still has little idea himself what actually makes it work but has managed to figure out how to connect things together and
tune it to get it to work. It's still anyone's guess at this point.

Since Ruslan seems to prefer to go on and on in video after video about his many ideas and theories
about how it works rather than just do a short and right to the point video that shows clearly what the key tuning steps are to
get this sort of circuit to start working, it is not surprising that many people have started to give up on him. Ruslan's
behavior in this whole thing has not made much sense to me right from the start. He has said his intention was to release
all details to everyone, but instead he apparently just goes on and on in his videos for hours and even fluent Russian speakers
who have lots of experience building electronic circuits of this type can't figure out what they need to do to replicate Ruslan's
claimed self runners. Ruslan very obviously does very much like being in the lime light, but people are growing
tired of his games. Maybe Ruslan's thinking is that if he really explained in clear and straightforward terms the steps necessary to get
his claimed self running generator circuit working then people would be able to go off and do it for them self and they wouldn't
need to pay much attention to him anymore. If he just likes being in the lime light then that wouldn't do for him. 

This whole thing with Ruslan apparently just playing games is why I have moved on to other projects of my own.
Most people who are presenting free energy devices that seem to possibly have something at all credible are usually looking
to promote/develop/sell the devices commercially, and so will not likely release key details. Ruslan has said he intended to release all details
to the free energy community, but he has only released video after video apparently containing nothing but generalities and contradictions.
Maybe if more of us could speak fluent Russian we could judge better if Ruslan has released some meaningful details in there, but since
I personally don't understand Russian this whole Ruslan thing seems to be a waste of time for me. Many people seem to have
lost interest in trying to understand what Ruslan is up to now. I posted a new way of looking at the Akula/Ruslan devices and
also asked some questions and did not get any response so far. People seem not much interested any more in Ruslan's ongoing drama and antics. 
Akula is looking for commercial buyers/licensers so he likely won't show any more details of any real significance. Akula could still be working on
similar devices to this but just keeps it all private now since he is marketing his stuff now. 

For myself, I have gone back to basics. Doing many basic experiments looking for unusual effects.
Then investigating any unusual or interesting effects found to see if there is any potential there. This way
the only riddles I need to solve are the ones of my own making, and there is no language barrier to deal with.

  And I myself am still working on the basics, still trying to match the right frequencies. This is where we have all failed. But,  If this were easy, it would have been done years ago, and you'd be able to buy it on Ebay, from China, cheaper and probably better than you can make yourself.  Just watch what happens with all this in the future.

   Zeit: If you assume that all those devices are fakes, just because no one including you has been able to reproduce them, then what are you doing here?  Instigating more fakes, without any proof? Have you been driven to this end by the naysayers, or are you one yourself.
   If you don't believe that any of those devices are for real, then don't believe it.  I aim to find out, and not by listening to Ruslan's advice, when he says to not build his device, just study it.  Right!?!
  There is NO WAY that people will actually and truly understand how this all works, without a hands-on approach.
  On the other hand, if you have no idea of what you are trying to do, that won't produce the desired results, either.
  A basic simple working device is what we need to replicate, at first. One that is showing the "effect". And an effect that we can build some trust on,  and to further develop into a self runner.

  I trust: Not in what has been done, but in what can be done. And, I'm not the only one... Thank God.
  Tesla mentioned that all this and more is possible. To run the world with unlimited free energy for all.

Ruslan does not need to say a single word or explain anything to reveal the truth all he needs to do is open his boxes.
For us to see what makes it run..
And release the full schematic.


I will bet opening the boxes will reveal the quad copter batteries wired in series or parallel combination, to make a very good 24volt supply!
Very simple invert-er running from quad copter batteries nothing more with a little Heterodyning thrown in for smoke and mirrors. We have know the full effect of mixing frequencies since 1901. So cut the bull crap ruslan open the boxes.

Then fail to open the hood for anyone to see what makes it go.

Its way past time for the reveal. Thats why im hear waiting for the fake reveal. Maybe i need to check back in 10 years to see if he has a car running on this then fail again to open his hood. How is this any different to a golf cart?

I'm trying to invert the stuff that is presented in all those videos. If I can see it prominently in a video, then most likely it has nothing to do with energy generation. Energy generation is always done by something that is hidden in the video. Maybe by a real OU unit or maybe by a fake OU unit (wire from mains or battery). So that approach narrows the possibilities to make it wrong.

What are you talking about ? Ruslan opened all the boxes ! He also explained the operation of device using his own words.
What he didin't said is the process of tuning also he didin't posted  detailed complete schematic.
Anybody working with radio technology should understand him perfectly.
