Hi Tomtech

Just something different.  I just didn't like that "antenna"   Want to do  "proper" Tesla coil (3coils in total) .  The design I made is still not perfect. The secondary coil should be made of stripe (tape). I have non. It will be next upgrade

John k1, the  55.55 mtrs works out to  = 5.400540054005401 mhz is that right ??
2 mhz would be 150 mtrs.

I my self was thinking of using a copper pipe of about 2" and cutting a slit down the length, as the primary and just tuning the device for optimum resonance at 2 or 1.5 mhz  far less chance of it becoming a theremin one could then possibly drive it with a 1.5mhz clock derived from a Xtal at 6 or 3 mhz by division and then dividing it down by 100 to drive the current driver, but not sure if a phase shift would be required for fine tuning, just a thought, with what's being said.

Tesla is 1/4 wave coil .  One primary and two 1/4 coils. Secondary should have high capacitance and the Tesla coil low capacitance . Not sure if there must be any differential interface (not to form one  1/2 wave coil) or the different properties of coils and the distance between them will still treat it as a two 1/4s.   Tomorrow experiments will tell.  Where is TK when you need him
