  What part is dangerous? The part about how we are all here to learn, because none of us have anything that actually works, at all? 
   It's only a matter of time before these technologies will be available. Open source is the way to assure that.
My bet is that the Chinese will be the first to market the smaller low wattage Led bulb Akula type device, to break into that untapped market, or someone else, somewhere else. It's inevitable.
  And by the time we figure it all out, it will already be available in some form, or another. 
  It doesn't matter what you or I think.  Unless you figure it all out, first.
