Maybe by newbes but Belkin is a Pro and it is not like him to make that mistake.
With 150V power supply and 2:1 turn ratio, the Tr1 will generate 300V, at most - that's not enough to avalanche the diode at the secondary.
Well, that's the $64000 Question!  Up until that point everything happens according to classic physics and electronics.
I think that this is a standard russian toroidal core K7*4*2 M3000HM, as stated below this Belkin's schematic diagram.

Was not sure what K7 signified.

Belkin shows a rail between 100V and 150V, so 100V should also produce a pulse according to Belkin!

You have problem with ferrite and probably with saturating КТ926А.

Problem can be solved on several ways.

as much i appreciate your advice and suggestions to solve it, i have to agree with Hoppy when he says:

With respect, why should Itsu or anyone need to change Dally's design completely as you are suggesting. Dally's design either works as claimed or does not.

It should work with only the 74HCT00 as source.
Or could it that the Russian KP1554 or KP1553 are more powerfull, and are able to fully open the BJT?

Anyway, i have some K7*4*2 toroid's on order, so will see if that makes any difference then.

Yes, I agree with both of you, but if we have a new problems we need to find new solutions. Right ??

For the first time simple copy of replication is enough, but not blind replication. We need to analize a lot of things in whole schematic and try to get understanding of process which were involved.

I think it depend mainly of transistor h21e parameter. In production every transistor has own personal parameters which can vary but not so much. I think that in here should not be a problem using 74HCT00 or 74AC00.

Which are dimesion of your blue toroid ?

ps. In my understanding of Dally's device the main and most important thing is to get proper RADIANT or Nano-Pulse and to correct trimmimg frequencies, duty-cycles of several coupled oscillators and proper response of bifilar coil. The main atention should be advert on GROUNDING !! Dally said without Quality Grounding Device is not working. He used good earth grounding with thick cooper pipe in the earth in front of his house.

Also in test according to his words when he have disconnected grounding during the work of device TL494 master oscillator was burned. I try to understand why this was happened !! Too much energy in the system, backside emission, or Radiant Strike like Tesla had represented. For me whole device and components are unimportant but THE PRINCIPE is my main goal. Do you know whay Tesla have such a lot success. Becuase he had been very careully observer and very analytic man. He had a correct informations from his infinite number of experiments and analyzing them he have made a correct picture in his mind what is in fact doing in his schematics in reality. Many great researcher after him also had have success because they were Tesla students and took all necessary informations from Him. Imagine that you working with a such Great Man, Great Mind like Tesla, imagine he is living now and you are his assistants. What can be made with a help of man who have such a lot knowledge about Aether, about Cosomos, about Electricity about life. Tesla said once that one component of Life is Radiant Electricity. One of Powers of life in Universe. And i need to find all to make sublimation in my being.

Was not sure what K7 signified.

"K" is the first letter of the russian word "ring" or "circle", which in this context means a toroidal shape.
The three delimited numbers appearing after the "K" most likely are the toroid's dimensions in millimeters.
The M3000HM most likely is a ferrite material designation. Maybe the numeral "3000" even means, that the relative magnetic permeability of the ferrite is 3000.

Actually, at 1m36s of this video, Dally says that his scheme requires minimum of 120V to function.

Also, at 1m09s of the same video, Dally outright admits that his nanosecond pulser is based on Belkin's design.
