  I imagine, the bulb will only light dimly, as the 220v AC after the rectifier is only 1/2 of the 220v, or about 110v DC, or so.  Right?

  The Al liner will play more of a role when higher voltages are used, like when I'm giving the yoke 1500v direct from the Joule Ringer circuit, the liner will induce some juice to the big air coil and will light some light a bulb, but not as bright as just with the Ringer circuit by itself.

Lower Rds with many parallel high conductivity high voltage MOSFETs or IGBTs and than do the Coil Shorting on the peaks. The main goal here is Hypersaturation of shorting coil. Aviso used six bifilar windings in his reactor coil. Maybe even more. Also cut the intristic parasite diode with external high speed recovery diodes. Must be HV type and great number in parallel. Use HV filter to prevent demage from HV spikes on the input of your transistors. Use big cooler and conect transistors pins with wide oxigen free copper strip.
All capacitors for collecting OЭДС (back kick pulses) must be disconected from your Shorting Coil by High Voltage High Amerage Fast Recovery Diodes. The Capacitor ESR is a killer of OU effect. If you succeed in geting high amplitude ОЭДС pulses you can try multyshort bursts on the peaks like Aviso did, and many others. Takein account energy gain rise exponentially so you could get amplification factor of 100000 from just couple of shorting bursts. Main problem here is how to protect switching components. Or maybe inventing some new High Voltage High Amperage switchers.

For PeaktoPeak detector, scale down input voltage from your transformer on appropriate levels (to avoid clipping the peaks) on the inputs of TL084. You can use resistive or capacitive deviders or both (capacitively compensated resistive deviders like for example in Oscillographs). You can control tiny variations of your peak-peak detector using high speed shotky diodes and lowering integration capacitors value. Also you can control the level of feedback voltage adjusting multiturn potentiometers and resistors in feedback path. If you want precise timing on the outputs use monostabile multivibrators with schmitt triggers for example SN74121 or similar. If you haven't success after all of these modifications come back on the mechanical interrupters to catch OU effect. Also you can do some experiments to change the water clusters structured. The water have great number of different clusters and also have specific kind of nonorganic memory. One of components of Eternal Life. Another one is Electricity.... and so....

"Upping the ante"......... Earlier on I decided to try a low voltage input to the test rig, starting with 35 V AC onto the bridge rectifier. With 3 X 60 and 1 X 40 Watt incadescent lamps as load. As yet I do not have a "fool proof"  method of power measurement but initial tests looked good. With a fair brightness to the bulbs and a current of 1.75 amps. I next tried a 70 V AC input and a good light with less current was seen. Then disaster, bringing the frequency down a bit lower than 12 KHz, a massive bang and a fried IGBT and driver gone west!! How many units of electricity would that have bought??
Replacements ordered and also a Variac from Ebay will help put me back on track later this week. I did not want to apply over 300 V AC from the off. A slow build up IMO is the best option.

Below is my new home.... I found it by opening a door and clearing out the accumulated rubbish of eons Our kitchen is now a kitchen again and I have got somewhere to hide!!
