   Why not show 300 amps of output powering something, not just melting solder as proof? 
    Try to connect two transformers together as shown, and produce the 300 amps of output to power something, if this was the system that was used to obtain the patent.
   It can be done that way in a few minutes time, try it yourself... 
   But,  it won't work that way...

  I've seen that patent, it's the same translated patent that a.king just posted, but there is no actual replications of that device.  Nor of Kapandze's,  Daly's, Chubinidze's, Akula's, or any other that I know of.
  There is missing data in all of the patents presented, and is why nobody can produce any  working devices to verify the claims.
  Nilson mentions that soon there will be devices available for sale through certain representative. But, does not say when.
  I hope that it's true, and not costing an arm and a leg.

In the patent says that a current surge 100x higher than the inlet, with or without tension in the case of my experiment had no tension. 300 Amp Voltage and Zero. He says that to have tension have to polarize the wire conductor closed itself.
This polarization sum current, so you can feed external loads. Now think how could polarize the driver. Spark Gap for example?

Ask yourself why device is not available outside inventor country  . It's all the game. Bla bla bla ... many got it in the past. For example Floyd Sweet or Moray.
