5 turn ok but it must be thick copper tubing and if you dont have copper tubing then you can use any power thick wire make two pieces and join them in parallel then wind coil. the best coil is either copper tubing or  thick jumbo speaker wire coiling for primary.

It would help a lot if we could see a photo of your overall system build, in particular the completed 240v/12V ferrite transformer and details of its windings. I assume you have not done a video of your working system.

I checked with a neon tester on output it's lighting but not the 25w bulb.
I'm trying with a 2uf 350v maybe this is one of my problems
The schematic says 0.5uf 5kv

This is a possible working schematic for SR/Kapa device. It is in russian. I'll make a translation later , when I have time, if nobody else does it first. There is all the details about the windings of the coils and all that stuff. In the explenation the author(s) reffer to Chez patent from March 1976. Anybody heard about that ?

In the picture text, I can see Fe56 and Fe54 mentioned, together with the 0.5 Tesla magnetic field and later 21 MHz frequency too: these data remind me the Meyer-Macé French patent which deals with the transmutation of iron Fe56 to Fe54 when biased by the magnetic field (0.5 Tesla) and excited by about a 21 MHz oscillator at the same time. This French patent is often mentioned in this forum, there are several references in this thread to it too.

Where is the text which refers to a certain Chez patent you mention? I cannot see it in the picture text.

your cap is not your problem your coil is the problem

guruji see the image below and wind just single layer to test your bulb to light.

please make sure your thick primary is anti clockwise wound  and also your bifilar that is blue and yellow(as in chubinidze) are also anticlockwise wound.
then wind the inner coil inside alluminium tube anticlockwise either on ferrite rods two pieces  or ferrite rings two sets.

you can later try two layer coil inside the alluminium tube . first try single layer. slide for optimum brightness. but be carefull ferrite rings or rods can bite you hard due to skin effect. be safe and be careful as it is high voltage in primary. use a plastic stick or screw driver with plastic handle.
maintain a gap of 1 inch between two legs of coiling  as shown.
