In the picture text, I can see Fe56 and Fe54 mentioned, together with the 0.5 Tesla magnetic field and later 21 MHz frequency too: these data remind me the Meyer-Macé French patent which deals with the transmutation of iron Fe56 to Fe54 when biased by the magnetic field (0.5 Tesla) and excited by about a 21 MHz oscillator at the same time. This French patent is often mentioned in this forum, there are several references in this thread to it too.

Where is the text which refers to a certain Chez patent you mention? I cannot see it in the picture text.

Base on what you said.I am already suspecting there is relationship with high frequency in MHZ even on SR193 device.
I need your help to  translate and obtain compatible i/c for me I/C used in SR193 for the driver circuit.The I/C spec is found in top left hand corner of the attached picture.

Since i do not know which i/c was used i have tried with these 3 I/C(All tested in 12volts Supply) as shown below in an attempt to see if i can get 50HZ as describe in circuit diagram.
This is what i have posted in this thread few weeks back where i tried to see if the driver stage is for real eg:sine-wave.
I/C:40106 around 4MHZ sine-wave
I/C:4049  around 32MHZ sine-wave
Latest update-> I/C:4069 not functioning working at all (Already tried with replacement I/C)

The person whom created this SR193 is a genius and i can't find any other simple circuit similar to this diagram which generate sine-wave in the search eg:google or yahoo.

Then why are your schematics drawn showing all coils wound CW (clockwise)? Also, leg1 winding is not drawn opposing leg2 winding (in anti-phase) on either coil.
