Another case where the change of input energy between two experiments is not known.
With the μC'd W-->V measuring converter he'd immediately know if the input energy increased....and with a second converter he'd know if it increased more or less than the output energy.

Isn't that an example of a useful application of this device?

The magnetic field attracts or repels electrons.
In this case they seem to be getting pulled back from plasma into magnetic contact and that's what may be making bigger voltage charge on cap...

Adding the magnets increases the surface area of the circle originally there.  There is little capacitance in the circuit on the front side of the rectifier; increasing a storage of electrostatic force will allow more transfer of energy.


Adding (I don't know what the original circle is; it seems to be magnetic so I assume it's a washer of some sort)  Adding additional surface at that point with other washers which are also not magnetic will show the same effect....


Not to say that it's the intent, but selling one thing as another thing is a con man's job
