Akula have two resonances in his that divice, were no ground. Forst resonance is from yoke and air core is series resonance and second resonance, that is inside tube with capasitor paralel is paralel resonance and I think, that they ajusted around to same frenquency.  And paralel resonance... coil can be conected to hand made capasitor, something like in Hendershot Divice. Or maybe series resonance have much lower frenquency, that parralel resonance, I do not know.

   I was finally able to upload my last video onto YouTube. Sorry it took me so long.
   I see nothing particularly exciting about the result, so far. But, I'm continuing on to see what can be done to improve this circuit. Once I install the 18v zeners, I'll be able to take my time to tune it properly, as I still can't at the moment due to ongoing overheating issue.
   Sure would be nice to see a video of how Akula tuned his second device for resonance, and just how he went about it.

I'm impressed on the way you do the video presentation.

I like the delay you have made using dc bulb which then power the mains bulbs seconds later.
This part kinda reminded me of one of the Ruslan video where he power on device then wait a while for something to happen(Or hearing for particular sound) then flip on the switch which then provide power to the bulbs.
Maybe rest of us can learn something from here instead of immediately connecting to the bulb.

The cfl bulb lighting up after a few seconds later does reveal something interesting is going on with your device.

Can't wait to see your circuit drawing with the details provided.Please do specify the caps values used,windings and etc in drawing.

This part kinda reminded me of one of the Ruslan video where he power on device then wait a while for something to happen(Or hearing for particular sound) then flip on the switch which then provide power to the bulbs.

In Ruslan's case you have to wait until capacitors get charged to turn on nanosecond pulse generator then the second level is getting reached to power on bulbs and PSU which then is looped back to the input...

Also I asked around about http://realstrannik.ru/media/kunena/attachments/794/aquarium-1.gif and it appears this coil have net inductance when you measure it. So it is more clear now at least for me in a case when you have it as secondary output coil in transformer... In case of Lenz law - try to guess magnetic field vectors when it is under load and if it affecting primary coil at all

Thanks for bringing this up once more.Base on your coil attachment.
At this moment the only person from country of Bulgaria have posted his successful replication of only the Ruslan coil portion as shown in your attachment which powers the Halogen bulb which i think is 250watt or 500watt base on bulb length.Did a search and spotted the country using 220/230volts mains.

He did mentioned there is no increase in current consumption.If i recall correctly i think he mentioned around 3Amps before connecting after connecting it's less than 3Amp."Google translation produce funny outcome.Only could understand the numbers/Amps meaning"

The way the coil is winded is like using only the "radiant portion".It reminded me of the Tesla coil where only the upper half emits the energy.
There is "no core" for this setup which lower the cost for creating this coil.

I wonder what would the outcome be if Nickz combine his yoke core setup with this coil.

At this moment i pretty much occupied by "HV"  "HF" device.
Left with the last stage in coming up with multi power supply to power 6 x 78M20 igbt driver.
Less than 1.5hours to bed time another weekend burnt.
