I get shining 220 volts 40W lamp on about 12V 5.5A brightnes with only kacher.Not connection TL494(TV Yoke) circuit.
When I run TL494 circuit, it cannot be any changes brightnes of lamp.Lamp run the same power.
One end of the power cable(for load) connect to lamp,the other end of cable connect cap of the serial inductor of the TV Yoke.
When I connect the other end of cable to ground Lamp not flashing.
If I not connect one end of the cable to ground then does not have an effect of the TL494 section.
Also Akula can touch his HV kacher circuit, but I can't. When I touch my HV Kacher, It getting shocked.
The lamp without grounding does not work.I do have something missing

Nice. Thanks for the heads up. Looks like Akula is explaining important principles
of his second self running circuit. A translation (even just in text format ) of everything Akula
is saying in this video should be really helpful.

  Ruslan's new yoke/air core circuit is looking nice and clean. I can imagine it boxed up, and put out on the Internet market.
Looks like a race between Akula and Ruslan, to try to market their product, first.
They are using different circuits, although the working principle may be the same.
  But, why is Ruslan just using the two small lights bulbs as the load, this time? After showing an output of over 2000 watts, on his previous self running version of the Akula air core type of replication?
  His HV pulcer also does not shock. Nor is his florescent bulb lit up full brightness.
