Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Ruslan has a new video out showing more about his new device he is building that will
run on 24 volts, which Ruslan is saying should be better (presumably more output power capability).
He showed his new driver boards in the video and I have drawn a red rectangle around one of the circuit boards
in the attached photo. Any idea what the board might be for that I have highlighted in the red rectangle?
I am thinking it may be a controller board for syncing/pulsing the kacher driver? Any thoughts on this?
All the best...

Here is a video of my latest Mazilli/yoke core build.

Seems to be working well Nick!

hi Void,

Thanks for showing me the section of the nano pulser .At least now i know he is also using the same thing. :)

The 8 pin is TC422 after i spotted the brand on I/C.It is the buffer/driver from 74HCXX I/C.
This TC4422(30ns) later version i will be boosting with MC34063 to get to around 18volts(Max) to properly pulse ultra fast IGBT's which spec would mentioned <30ns or <50ns delay.  :D
For experiment i am already using 12volts supply for TC4422 but this needs to be improved later on.

Don't you think it's similar to my current nanopulser version 6.0 which i have already present in virtual many times using TC4420(6Amp)\TC4422 driver(9Amps) base on last few posting.
But check which one got lower ns delay and use that.
I just realized forgot to change the schottky diode in virtual with all 1N4148 in ver 6.0 that's all.1N4148 is faster for signal.

Take note i am using only 1 output from PWM/signal generator as well as presented in virtual ver 6.

I changed from a 9nF in series with a 120KOhm resistor from each drain to source (obviously not working) to:

# a 2.2nF in series with a 10 Ohm resistor and a UF4007 diode parallel to this resistor (cathode to ground, so different from the Ruslan diagram)
# a IDH12SG60C schottky diode from each drain to ground (cathode to drain)
# a 140V varistor across each drain / source.

But the oscillations, ringing and irregular switching has not improved on.

So looking to other reasons why this snubber is not working properly.

Nick, i am not so far as to test with the kacher, and i am not convinced that more higher wattage bulbs will be better.

IMO, if this yoke is not going to be switched properly then no progress is possible.

Just to be complete, i did change in the nano-pulse part from 7400/7414 to 74HCT00/74HC14, this greatly improved the switching signals
so Magpwr was correct there, allthough it did work with the older ones.

Regards Itsu

hi itsu,

Are you using IGBT driver eg:TC4420 (Eventually need to be using MC34063 boost voltage to 18volts) or etc to buffer PWM I/C:TL494.Recall the screenshot of PWM geneator.

It is not advisable to connect TL494 directly to mosfet or igbt even via a <10ohms resistor.
Hence IGBT driver is needed.Recall the screenshot which i mentioned TC4420.

Since i have previously bought TC4422(9Amps version, overkill for this task)i got to use this instead of TC4420.

Base on delay shown in datasheet TC4420 is a better choice.

I am using 1N4148 in nanosecond generator instead of schottky diode for my actual experiment.

I still think connecting nanosecond generator directly to pwm i/c output is a better choice since it's less likely to pick up noise from gates of igbt with yoke.

On a positive note, despite the chaotic behaviour at the MOSFET's drain signal (did we ever see a scopeshot of Ruslan there??), the signal
on the L3 coil looks promising and is peaking around 27KHz in resonance (with the oscillations/ringing visible ontop), see screenshot:
(no kacher or nano-pulse active!)

Regards Itsu
that's good to see... that's the same curve I was trying to show that it's without the nano pulser... (other than your current driver looks really good for driving sharp changes incurrent)
the higher frequency there should be the L(?)... grenade coil frequency.
