I have just seen the last 3 video clips from Ruslan and they are really good.. Just have been acquiring materials and test equipment to make the Ruslan device, thanks for all the great comments mag's, and to the new member Enjoykin.Itsu the most advance in this replication.. Even the Russians are envious of you !!

Off topic somewhat, ELECTRIC WATER..

Here is a clip of mine that shows electric water, however it is  "Polystyrene" that holds a electrostatic charge inside the bottle and NOT the water. In a general sense it is a plastic capacitor with tap water an ion carrier..

Yes this will cut down on fact findings.
Hopefully by Christmas we are able to light some bulbs without battery.

At my end 2 circuit is available version 6.2 and version 7.0 nanosecond generator and another circuit which can be switched to do 1/60(60th Sub-harmonics) or 1/30(30th Sub-harmonics) frequency converter with shift control.Both circuits was posted recently.

I am merely waiting for some components to arrive to do final testing before creating a pcb board.

I recall someone ever mentioned about the capacitor needs to be charged before the device can be turned on to provide power to the bulbs.

Additional information the lowest possible nanosecond pulse achievable  using IGBT driver eg: TC4451 is 40 nanosecond and the other driver IXD is mere 38 nanoseconds.

From IGBT driver capability i doubt the nanosecond pulse on actual device is lower than 50 nanoseconds and surely below 300 nanoseconds.
