hi everyone,

I have successfully completed testing and fixing some minor bug in my 1/60th harmonics generator after assembling circuit base on virtual experiment.

I have tuned my Tesla to Yoke IGBT driver circuit to around 44% duty.Both TCxxxx IGBT driver supply is connected to external 12volts to 18volts boost circuit.

I have also assembled my large nanocrytalline toroid with 12-0-12 for primary and 3 turns for output.Later on this will be connected to existing 30volts supply 10Amps ."At this stage i am merely verifying if my circuit will automatically synchronize with stimulated tesla coil radiated waveform.Since the kapanadze coil together with tesla coil  is too big to be placed on my mini test bench along with circuit."

Base on virtual i mere connect 1 x capacitor in parallel with 3 turns from toroid output in order to get sine-wave as shown in my attachment.
As you can see my circuit is idiot proof no frequency tuning is necessary.Merely need to set duty only once for both igbt output at around 44%.

R2 and R3 resistor was bypassed in 1st actual experiment.

The frequency of my circuit is directly controlled by tesla coil wirelessly by connecting short antenna to 74HC4017 as shown in circuit diagram.
This circuit automatically generates 60th sub-harmonics of whatever tesla coil resonance frequency to ensure my waveform is perfectly in sync as shown in attachment no further tuning is needed at yoke driver stage.If i need to change frequency of tesla coil i merely slowly insert ferrite rods inside tesla coil.This will speed up my discovery time by 10 times."Hence i call my circuit idiot proof"

Maximum frequency capability for my circuit is 5Mhz using 74HC4017.

If you choose to stick with just 4017  x 2 the maximum frequency is just 2Mhz but C6,D6,C7 need to be removed from circuit.

I am using 600 volts IGBT -50N6S2D (This was used by Akula for older design.There must be a reason why 2000volts capacitor is needed at 3 turns output hence i don't recommend anyone using "low voltage mosfet" which it's internal reverse diode limits any voltage peaks more than 55volts or 100volts as a example)

Next stage of experiment i will add snubber circuit for igbts.

After which i will try injecting some nanosecond pulse at the few winding on toroid(As i mentioned previously those windings under red tape) which nanosecond pulse would appear at the peak of my lower frequency eg:26.8khz.
If you noticed there is no secondary winding on toroid as i am using my external variable high voltage generator circuit which was built previously which can produce 150volts...1600volts DC.
This will be connected to pulse capacitor later on for testing stage.

Last note for this circuit diagram all unused gate input to be grounded.

The nano-crystalline toroid was able to handle from 1khz to 10Mhz and i didn't try higher frequency which was pointless for me.
3.5 turns =1.06mH
12 turns each side 10.44mH

  I still think that what is used by Ruslan in THIS case, may not be stripped coaxial cable, but copper braid, instead. But, who knows... Akula does not go that route, and uses a few turns of insulated wire, instead. Or not???

Nick, I think we are talking at cross purposes. Where are you saying Ruslan uses copper braid?

Can you please tell me what are your bias resistors? I use 3055 for now but c5200 are on the way home.

I think at your choke that you have to reverse the connection wires of one of the two sub ckokes.

At katcher's winding method there is not good and bad. Just drive the antenna at the other end than the one you use if you wish to change direction of radiation.

Yes, negative voltage compare to ground. It is high voltage because on the contrary of the main stream I tuned my 28T line with a cap. For me no problem to tune it as the high frequency oscillation isn't affected at all with this cap addition. And of course with LC you really load the grenade and not relying at this annoying inductor method which I omit completely from my system.

Hoppy, yes it is interesting for a later project to use coax for this job! For now we have to find out how ruslan does it with a so weak katcher to pass the energy in the main grenade line.
