Yes - matter of interaction !! Once somebody make proper Scalar transmitter like Great Tesla did - whole planet will be flooded in Ocean of Free Energy at infinite quantities. Only needed - put one end of proper inductance in ground without any capacitor and power is here for anybody on planet including oceans and high atmosphere (Hartmann Nodes). On that way Great Nikoal Tesla had lit lot of incadecent bulbs at distance 25 miles - just one "grenade" coil. That was witnessed with many people in those times.

Recently estern from Russia in Pacific - great piece of ocean was lit shining bright in nigh - without seabed erruptions or any artificial man-made anomaly. Stray Telluric Currents did it.
