May i ask where is the "Ni-Zn toroid bifilar is connected to" in order to see nanosecond pulse?

That pulses is not nanoseond. Toroid is not bifilar. Bifilar is inductor. Toroid is curent transformer mounted on inductor wire. And have about 6 turns on secondary.

I meashure with ampermetr. From 24 volts battery amps is 13 about. I can run and from power suplly. Lamp shine bright but voltage is about 60 volts.
