Yes his light is dim. In next following video he says the reason might be a grounding. He thinks to buy thicker wire.
Personally, I would try to use several wires - like Litz.  The grounding is very important here. Also purity of the ground plays the big role here. I mean no disturbing frequencies from surroundings - other grounded devices etc...
He also mentioned he will have some visitors. I have listened the Skype conference from 2 days ago, and some man mentioned there he will visit Ruslan and he will make a video. Let's see.

Itsu or any body other (who have two chanel oscilioscope), can now you try make like in that schematic http://realstrannik.ru/media/kunena/attachments/3866/ruslanschemapodkliuchenia.png and then turn on kacher and turn off, to see or sine on multilayer coil is moving to one or other side, then kacher is turned on?
Ground can be were is not punctir and were is punctir line.

I removed 1 of the 3 layers of my bifilar coil, so now have 2 layers Tesla way with a wire length of 13m including 2x 0.5m connection leads.

The current transformer created is 12 turns secondary and around the 3 turn yoke coil wire near the 0.47uF series cap.
I had to use my HV probe (x1000) as the pp voltage produced by this current probe is about 750V, so there is much current running,
saturating this toroid and giving this moustache like signal IMO  (Blue signal).

Next to it is my current probe sensing the same current which is very high (50A pp  )  (green signal)

Finally i measured the voltage across the grenade coil with another x100 probe because also here we have about 500V p2p

Screenshot 2 is with Kacher activated, but probably not tuned right (1.337MHz)

Yellow is voltage across the Grenade coil
Blue is the voltage on the current transformer using my x1000 probe not detected by my tek scope, so value needs to be taken times 1000
green is the current probe signal next to the current transformer in its max setting (5a/div.) and then even times 10.
