Jeg,  I do no see much other options than to completely shield Tesla coil    No seriosly- When I take a neon tester it still lights at around 20-25cm from the coil.

The electric field is needed still! And the Antenna is your resonant electric field (with BEMF properties) source for grenade coil. Also due Tesla coil properties things too close make capacitive links and de-tune it if too close...

hi everyone,

For me all work have come to a halt on Sunday night.I think i may have destroyed multiple components on my breadboard after feeding 7805 regulator with 30 volts.
Base on datasheet it was suppose to work up to 35volts.

But i have successfully increase power on my kacher using 2SC5200 which i'm using a clear red toroid design for rf 0.25Mhz...10Mhz as common mode filter using 10 turns 18AWG at each side.
At 30volts approaching 1Amp at 1.75Mhz with Antenna with just 3 turns at primary.

Time to evaluate damage.

Earlier in the day i have added MUR3060 30Amp 600volts diode(Using only 1 side from 3 pin diode -> <-) after toroid to center tap of toroid and i noticed that some point base on watt meter reading the Amp does drop while bulb brightness is maintained.
There are more double helix spotted across capacitor 1.2xuf capacitor after 3 turns using this diode at center tap."This is achieve by slowly inserting ferrite rod into kacher which  directly effect my pwm generator"

But the bad news was reducing the turns on kacher in order to increase frequency at the expense of hv generation did prevent production of some wierd noise as heard in URFA video.
Hopefully with increased supply at 30volts at higher hv production would allow me to hear this strange noise once again.

Very interesting. I have to take a look at it later on. I absolutely agree about capacities coupling. When I leave just some coil nearby the antenna (let's say 20cm) and I touch the end of that free coil it immediately effects the output of the device (it drops down)

The burning effect appeared after mixing "cold" electricity with "hot" electricity (which we are using from mains) then synchronizing stray high frequency with main low frequency. The dialectric material seems to be becoming a resistive wire for signal...
There is unexplored frontier in that area and to me the FE devices are exploiting stuff there...
