Hi Guys, to be honest, as I listen Ruslan to speak about his experience with this device, he speaks sometimes spontaneously about his findings it would be very hard to believe it is fake. Or he is very very good actor For example he was saying his device stop working one day and he found that some technicians braked grounding of the central heating by plastic pipe. Ruslan  make them to ground system again. Personally I believe this device IS Real.

Now, finally I got a time to connect all the wires and components and to clean up the space and I have ran the first test. For three turns coil I use 0.9uF and for accumulator 1uF  , both microwave caps (without 10MOhm resistor which I took out)   I use also the diode, which was together with that caps, not sure what are they, but I guess its build for high duty.
My system doesn't work yet. Need to do some tuning and syncs. On the diode bridge (without the cap as on the schematic) I read around 120Vmax @ 14.7 KHz of thePushPull frequency.  The scope shows some fuzzy shapes but what bother me is, it also it shows the frequency 1.34MHz which is below the natural frequency of my grenade coil  (1.84MHz)  , and all this without using the ground. The ground is the other story, when I connect it to my system, power goes down. I will need to tune my catcher I guess again.
I made some torroid with 1 Ohm resistor to check amps on the inductor coil and nod good at all   Just around 0.3A.

yeah very strange, it was also mentioned for this video why the PSU light was on while everything suppose to be off, see comment in red circle below.

The psu green light will go off slowly.I am using psu 36volts 10Amp rated but i tune voltage down via external pot on psu to 30volts for my experiment.

The way Ruslan have design his circuit the on/off switch on will work if there is sufficient voltage present at psu.It is not a simple on/off switch it's logic based.

Take a look at Enjoykin posting of TopRuslan88 as attached.

It's very easy to speculate if members in the Russian forum don't own a PSU yet and not using Ruslan way of implementing on/off switch.

To prove i am right by the time Ruslan is about to connect the battery at 4:07min the green light is already disappeared due to voltage on capacitor in psu is already near depleted to below psu green light minimum voltage requirement.

Well then, i think your yoke primaries are cw-cw and Hoppys cw-ccw like mine. I can not think something else. Hoppy will tell us his directions to compare

Qurstion about Ruslan device FAKE or NOT FAKE ??

I am sure NOT FAKE !! Why ??

1st. Original schematics of this OU generator is from Roman Karnouhov aka Akula. And it work in full strenght. Man which i belive Vitaly (Tiger2007) confirmed it many times. Second Stepanov also took a trip, joined Ruslan and tested his generator. Stepanov already have several OU generators. In fact off-shore company in Belgium and Germany have it. He sold all them including patents.

2nd. Many people has replicated and catched effect. Smaller or bigger not difference. Effects is present. It is a truth.

3rd. Recently Akula was in Germany near Stadt Stuttgart and have made and sold Chinese 20W OU generator. What would be happend with him if he was faker and sold them faked device??
I suspect he would be living till now.

Problem here is perfect tuning. Ruslan was promissed complete schematic and video tuning. I don't know does it will be or not? Soon or later somebody will give all that we need to replicate. Akula, Roman or somebody else not important.

Problem here is - this is a new sort of devices - we don't use here LC resonance but Scalar resonance which strictly depend from Q-factor of coils, depend from standing waves and unknown us interaction standing waves with ambient.  And do it giving free energy in infinite amount.

What Tesla said. Variation of primary coil lenght at only 1/4 of inch dramatically influent on shifting Standing-Wave node and affect operation of outpit coil. This had been confirmed personally Tesla.
Ruslan should give us correct wire lenght for all coils and than we will without problems replicate his device. Measuring is very simple with oscilloscope and signal generator. It can be meassured in part of mm using Time Domain Reflectometry technique. Also very simlle is meassurement of K-factor. Shortening factor of any coil - in our case waveguide. Here are most important lenghts not number of turnes and of course Q-factor of coils. This is Tesla Scalar physics and need totaly different approach analyse and deduction. This is what i am thinking for present.

@hoppy Hi !! I was watchingh carefully video - 220V power cord going on bipolar capacitors after full wave rectifier bridge. So he was looped device. Power for LED diode is enough that stand-by led can light-up many minutes after turning off device because the great capacity of several capacitors after diode bridge. Your finding PSU unit for several BP is incredible. So you don't need to buy components in england. Simple buy many cheap devices from china and you will have parts for whole year. I don't know what Chinese work in Britain but one thing is sure - They work it well. Recently i was finding Chinese tablet oscilloscope 2 channels 350MHZ BW for 200 american dollars. This is incredible !! They already have made Tablet 4 channel osilloscope on 1GHZ BW with 5Gsamples/sek per channel. This is Chinese Oscilloscope Revolution !! Take care and good luck !!

Why is the LED on at 4.21 with the battery disconnected on its neg terminal? The LED on my SMPS will go off immediately if a 12V battery is connected across the output and then disconnected. There is no way that my LED can be on without a battery across the output, unless there is voltage on the input.
